While we also produce a Winter Cabaret and One-Act Play each year, the cornerstone of Upper Room Theatre Ministry is our summer musicals. Started in 2002, our award-winning July shows have been playing to sold-out audiences, so don’t miss out!

Join us July 21-26, 2026, as we celebrate our 25th season with this iconic Broadway masterpiece on the award-winning Upper Room Theatre stage.

Written by the legendary team of Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, and Joseph Stein, Fiddler on the Roof has touched hearts worldwide for over 60 years. This Tony Award-winning musical gave the world unforgettable songs like “Tradition,” “Matchmaker,” and “If I Were a Rich Man.” In fact, it’s one of the longest-running shows in Broadway history!

In the small village of Anatevka, Tevye the poor Jewish milkman struggles to maintain his family’s traditions. Meanwhile, the world around him rapidly changes…

Like a fiddler on the roof, he finds himself in a precarious position. He’s trying to balance the weight of tradition with the winds of change. As his daughters challenge age-old customs and outside forces threaten their way of life, Tevye must discover what truly matters: the rules that bind us, or the love that sustains us.

With soaring melodies, heartfelt humor, and moments that will move you to tears, Fiddler is Broadway at its finest. Perfect for the whole family.
