Theater doors open approximately 30 minutes before a performance.

Late seating is at the discretion of our House Managers. Because we want to ensure a great experience for our audience and actors, if you are late, you may have to wait several minutes before entering the theater, until a suitable spot occurs in the performance.

Your tickets will be emailed to you immediately after ordering. If you have any issues, please use our Contact Us page.

All sales are final and non-refundable.  However, we understand that sometimes life may throw you a curveball. That’s why even though there are zero refunds and all sales are final, we will strive to help you if an exchange situation comes up. Any exchanges are at the discretion of our box office management.

In the event an exchange is needed, tickets may only be exchanged into the same production and are based on availability. Tickets may not be exchanged after a performance has passed as we are unable to sell that seat to someone else. The exchange must happen no later than 48 hours before the scheduled performance and you will incur a $5 per ticket fee.

Again, if we need to reprocess or make changes to your order in any way, it is a $5 per ticket fee.

We very rarely cancel performances (especially our summer shows) due to inclement weather. In the event a performance needs to be canceled because of bad weather or other unexpected circumstances, we will post a notice on our UpperRoomTheaterMinistry.org website and via our Upper Room Theatre Ministry Facebook page.

Because our theater can sometimes run a bit warm, or slightly chilly with the A/C blowing, we recommend that you dress in layers and consider bringing a sweater or light jacket.

RESERVED SEATING PERFORMANCES: You must select a handicap seat and, if needed, the companion seat next to it. We have specific handicap seats marked on our seating chart.

GENERAL ADMISSION PERFORMANCES: If you state that you need handicap seating when ordering, we have a very small handicap waiting area for those with wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches. The rest of your party will wait in the regular admission line, and you will enter the theater when they reach the front of that line. If you are in a wheelchair, you will be seated on the left hand side of our theater in our designated handicap seating area.
