Patron Safety

Following guidance from the CDC, the Virginia Department of Health, and the Diocese of Arlington, we have implemented several adjustments to ensure a safe, responsible, enjoyable environment for everyone.

  • ONLINE-ONLY TICKET SALES: For the safety of our patrons and volunteers, and because we have limited seating capacity, we are requiring all ticket sales to be completed online, in advance prior to your arrival. We will not process ticket sales on site.
    • For 2021, all seats are reserved seats you will choose when purchasing online. Our system is programmed for social distancing, so when you buy your seats, multiple seats around you will be blocked off and no one can purchase or sit in them. If you plan to attend with friends or family and want to sit together, all tickets must be purchased at the same time. We cannot reassign seats later.

  • MASKS: Masks are required to be worn throughout our venue at all times. Masks should:
    • Fully cover an individual’s nose and mouth and allow the patron to remain hands-free.
    • Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
    • All patrons must provide their own mask.

  • NO FOOD OR DRINK: To aid in our mask requirements and social distancing, we currently are suspending food and drink offerings.

  • DOORS OPEN 30 MINUTES BEFORE EACH PERFORMANCE: Because all seats are reserved for 2021, our doors will open 30 minutes before the scheduled performance. We want to provide adequate time for socially-distanced arrivals and avoid long lines.

  • SIGNAGE: We will also have signage around our venue reminding everyone of these procedures and protocols.

Cleanliness and Sanitization

We will thoroughly wipe down and clean all chairs, door handles, and common areas between performances.

We are also training our team and volunteers to promote safety and social distancing guidelines in common areas and lines.

Rehearsal and Performance Safety

For the safety of our performers and staff, we have adjusted our rehearsal procedures using the current safety guidelines. For our 2021 Cabaret, that includes individual rehearsals, eliminating ensemble numbers from our show, and creating socially-distanced backstage areas for our company.
