June 21 Shrek Private OrangeTheory Workout

The studio manager at OrangeTheory Fitness in Manassas (right across from Costco) is a huge Upper Room Theatre fan! He saw our show last year and his entire staff is planning to come see Shrek. He’s offered to host a private one hour COMPLETELY FREE fitness class just for our company this Saturday, June 21st at 4:00pm. That means it would just be only US in the studio! This is TOTALLY OPTIONAL, of course — just a fun opportunity for those interested!

If you’re not familiar with OrangeTheory, it’s this high-energy boutique fitness experience where people of ALL fitness levels are welcome. You go at your own level on treadmills, rowers, free weights, TRX equipment, and more. It’s a full-body workout but completely adaptable to your fitness level.

The best part? The coach guides you through everything. You just show up and follow along! (With high-energy music pumping the entire time, too!)

This is open to EVERYONE in our company – cast, orchestra, crew, and production team, too!
